Building complete digital ecosystems, not isolated apps

I'm a self-taught full-stack developer and AI engineer based in Monrovia, Liberia, working at the intersection of software engineering, artificial intelligence, and entrepreneurship. My tools of choice are Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and Tailwind CSS — but the deeper interest is systems: how a database, an auth flow, an AI backend, and an interface come together into something a real person can depend on.

I don't build isolated apps. I build ecosystems — a social platform, a marketplace, and a biomedical AI tool are, to me, the same underlying discipline applied to different problems: model the domain honestly, design an interface that respects the user's time, and ship something production-ready rather than a demo.

That discipline is shaped by where I'm building from. Liberia and the wider African market rarely get built for first — payment rails, naming conventions, and connectivity realities are treated as edge cases by tools designed elsewhere. I design for them as the default, because the next generation of African technology companies will be built by people who did.

Outside of code, I work in graphic design, brand strategy, and digital marketing — disciplines I see as inseparable from engineering. A platform's visual identity and its backend architecture are answering the same question from different angles: does this feel trustworthy enough to use again?
